CANON G1000 COLOR MISSING

Canon G1000 Color Missing. When print out nozzle check report, found that color yellow and magenta is missing (Refer1).

Solution:

1. Go to control panel, select the printer. Then select Canon G1000 and go to printing preference, select maintenance, then go for system cleaning. And select color CMY only for flushing ink.

2. After finish flushing ink, print out nozzle check report (Refer 2). Then you will see all the color is printed out.

3. After you done 1 and 2, you need to do is reset the waste ink counter to 0. Because when you perform system cleaning it will use a lot of ink and the ink pad counter will increase a lot.

4. For how to reset waste ink counter, first you need set your printer to the service mode (Refer 3).

5. After that using Canon ST4905 software to reset the waste ink pad counter to 0 (Refer 4.

6. After you done all this step, your printer will back to normal.

CANON G1020 INKJET PRINTER BLACK COLOR MISSING

Canon G1020 Black Color Missing.

Solution:

1. Select the printer G1020 from the control panel > printer.

2. Select printing preference.

3. Select maintenance.

4. Select nozzle check. After that you will see the BCMY color printing report.

5. After step 4, you found that black color is missing, then you go to select ink flush.

6. Choose black color only (if your nozzle is all color missing, then choose for all color), then click start for flushing ink. (Before flush ink, please make sure you printer have enough ink inside).

7. After finished flush ink, then click nozzle check and check the BCMY color printing report.

8. After you done all this step, your printer will back to normal.

HP LASERJET M404DN POWER SUPPLY DAMAGE

After checking and found that this printer power supply was burning (Refer 1).

Solution: Dissembling the side cover, unscrew the screw and take out the formatter board. After that unscrew the screw for power supply unit and change a new power supply.

Once done, your printer will back to normal (Refer 2)

EPSON L3110 INK PAD END LIFE

Epson L3110 when power on and notice that ink light and paper light both are blinking. When this two lighting is blinking together, that mean this printer is time to do service. This printer error code is "Ink Pad End Life".

Solution: You need to use Epson Adjustment Program for Epson L3110 to do resetting the ink pad (Refer 1). You can refer to below video and follow the step.

Step 1: Open the Epson Adjustment Program for Epson L3110.

Step 2: Click the select button and choose model L3110.

Step 3: Click particular adjustment mode

Step 4: Choose "waste ink pad counter", then click ok

Step 5: Tick the box for Main pad counter then click initialize button.

Step 6: Power off your printer then click ok button

After you done step 1 to 6, your printer will back to normal.

CANON E470 PAPER JAM

CANON E470 after try print, paper stuck in middle.

Solution:

1. Power on the printer and press the black button. Try to make copy. After print when paper stuck the middle, then take out the paper and check which part of the paper has signs of being folded (Refer 1). Being folded that area will mean that have something stuck inside. (Refer 1)

2. Take out the thing from the paper loading area (Refer 2)

3. After you done, printer will back to normal (Refer 3).

EPSON L360 PAPER JAM AND COLOR MISSING

Epson L360, after check and found that paper stuck in half way.

Solution:

1. Power on the printer, try print test page.

2. After print test page, the paper is stuck in the middle. Then take out the paper and check which part of the paper has signs of being folded (Refer 1). Being folded that area will mean that have something stuck inside.

3. Use a screwdriver (Refer 2), plug it in to the roller and use blower to blow out that thing stuck inside the roller.

4. After done this, you can go to printer setting under maintenance print out nozzle check report (Refer 3).

5. If found that color missing, can try performing head cleaning. After performing head cleaning if result still the same, then you can perform power ink flush.

6. After you done above 5 steps, printer will back to normal (Refer 4).

EPSON L3110 COLOR MISSING

After checking and found that this printer is color missing when printing.

Solution:

Step1: Print nozzle check, then if found color is missing, try perform power head cleaning. After power head cleaning, if result still same then you can go for step 2.

Step 2: Take out the printhead, use injection tool (refer 1) and water try flushing each color. If you found that water come out at all the printhead hole, that mean the printhead condition still good. Then you can go for step 3.

Step 3: Replace a new ink pump assembly (refer2).

After you done step 1,2 and 3, your printer will back to normal.

EPSON LQ310 CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY JAM

Epson LQ310. During printing, found that carriage assembly is jammed.

Solution: Dissembling the printer and use vacuum to clean the dust at the metal pole that's holding the printhead.

HP COLOR LASERJET M176N MEMORY ERROR 10.1003 AND COLOR MISSING

HP COLOR LASERJET M176N. When power on, control panel screen show memory error 10.10003, this problem is the toner sensor can't detect the cartridge. Another problem is the color missing due to rotation motor broken.

Solution

1. Memory error 10.1003. Take out the cartridge, clean all the cartridge sensor spring and clean the sensor from the cartridge.

2. Color missing, open the side cover. Then, clean the sponge that's inside the rotation motor. Lastly, remove the sponge and put cellophane tape.
