EPSON L360 PAPER JAM AND COLOR MISSING

 Epson L360, after check and found that paper stuck in half way.

Solution:

1. Power on the printer, try print test page.

2. After print test page, the paper is stuck in the middle. Then take out the paper and check which part of the paper has signs of being folded (Refer 1). Being folded that area will mean that have something stuck inside.

3. Use a screwdriver (Refer 2), plug it in to the roller and use blower to blow out that thing stuck inside the roller.

4. After done this, you can go to printer setting under maintenance print out nozzle check report (Refer 3).

5. If found that color missing, can try performing head cleaning. After performing head cleaning if result still the same, then you can perform power ink flush.

6. After you done above 5 steps, printer will back to normal (Refer 4).
